1. Account activation

When you sign up, your account and dashboard are activated immediately, together with any free trial available at that time.

2. Plan activation

Paid plans are activated automatically and immediately once the payment gateway (Razorpay) confirms your payment. Your invoice is available instantly under Plans & Billing. If a successful payment does not activate your plan, contact us with the payment ID and we will resolve it.

3. Connecting WhatsApp numbers

You can link WhatsApp numbers yourself from the dashboard at any time by scanning a QR code or using a pairing code. Numbers usually connect within a minute.

4. API access

Your API key is available immediately from Settings → API key. A Postman collection containing every endpoint, pre-filled with your API key and instance IDs, can be downloaded from the same page. Full documentation is available at /docs.

5. Service interruptions

For planned maintenance we will notify you in advance via email or in-app banner. For unplanned outages — including outages of WhatsApp or other third-party services — we work to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
