Pricing questions
How does billing work?
Plans are prepaid for a fixed number of days. Pay once via Razorpay with UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets. There are no automatic renewals or hidden per-message fees.
What counts as a message?
Every outgoing message sent from the dashboard, the API, campaigns or auto-replies. Incoming messages are free and unlimited.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Buying a different plan switches you immediately. Buying the same plan again adds its days to your current period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts can try PowerAPI Whatsapp before paying, so you can connect your number and test the API.
Do you charge per WhatsApp message like the official API?
No. Your plan price covers messaging up to your plan's daily limit (or unlimited on plans that include it). There are no per-conversation fees.
Is my WhatsApp number safe?
Only message people who opted in, use campaign delays and offer an opt-out. Bulk unsolicited messaging can get any number restricted by WhatsApp.
