What is PowerAPI Whatsapp?

Is PowerAPI Whatsapp the official WhatsApp Business API?
No. It links your WhatsApp number the same way WhatsApp Web does. It is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. Link your current WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number by scanning a QR code, or with a pairing code. Your phone keeps working normally.
Do I need coding skills?
No. You can send messages, run campaigns and set up auto-replies from the dashboard. Developers can also use the REST API and webhooks.
How much does it cost?
There's a free trial, and paid plans are prepaid for a fixed period with no automatic renewal. See the pricing page for current plans.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay.
Can my number get banned?
WhatsApp can restrict any number that many people block or report. Only message people who opted in, personalise messages, use campaign delays and give an opt-out — and your risk stays low.
Can I send images, PDFs and videos?
Yes — images, videos, audio, documents, locations, contact cards and polls.
How do I receive incoming messages?
Set a webhook URL on your number. Every incoming message is sent to your server as signed JSON, and all messages appear in your message logs.
Can I connect more than one number?
Yes, depending on your plan. Each number gets its own instance id and webhook.
